On  17^th of March 2011 students and tutors  of EFE were invited for a meeting at Senate Hall with Rector of Czestochowa University of Technology Prof. Maria Nowicka – Skowron and Vice Rector Prof. Jacek Przybylski.

The academic staff of EFE was represented by:

1. Prof. Robert Sekret – profile tutor for  „ Intelligent Energy”
2. Prof. Piotr Pachura -  profile tutor for  „Business and Technology”

Meeting was combined with evaluation of students progress in summer semester of previous academic year, Rector of CzUT Prof. Maria Nowicka – Skowron presented diplomas of  honours for the following students:

2^nd year of EFE:

1. Marta Michalska  - student of  Management Faculty profile „Business and Technology”  – average grade  – 4.86 – 1^st prize – Marta could not attend the meeting and will receive her diploma later
2. Olga Pychyńska – student of Environmental Engineering and Protection Faculty profile   „Biotechnology for Environmental Protection”   – average grade  – 4.45 – 2^nd prize
3. Monika Matusiak- student of  Management Faculty profile „Business and Technology”  – average grade  – 4.40 – 3^rd prize
4. Vardan  Karapetyan - student of  Management Faculty profile „Business and Technology”   received from CzUT Rector a diploma due for winter semester of previous academic year, when he earned average grade – 4.75 and took a 2^nd place together with   Olga Pychyńska

3^rd year of  EFE:

1. Katarzyna Just - student of  Management Faculty profile „Business and Technology”  – average grade  – 4.89 – 1^st prize

1. Anita Paśnikowska student of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science Faculty profile „Computer Modelling and Simulation”   –– average grade  – 4.83 – 2^nd prize

1. Anita Rygał and Marta Zyskowska - student of Environmental Engineering and Protection Faculty profile   „Biotechnology for Environmental Protection” –  both earned average grade  – 4.78 – and were qualified at the 3^rd place

Meeting was also attended by ERASMUS students who study at CzUT within the framework of ERASMUS programme:

2. Francisco Pardo Ruiz  - Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Spain)

5. Andrei Sortan - Universitatea "1 DECEMBRIE 1918"Alba Iulia (Romania)

Meetings with  CzUT authorities are the opportunity for EFE students to become acquainted with University activities, that is why Vice Rector Prof. Jacek Przybylski presented the structure of the CzUT and University achievements in the field of teaching and research .

The meeting was followed by the informal discussion of EFE students with  CzUT staff present at the meeting.
